The indoor track state finals for 2017 was at Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex on February 21st. Tuscarora competed in seven events. The regional preliminaries necessary to qualify, took place at the Baltimore Armory earlier in the month. Camryn Blake, Dardlie Lefevre, Destiny Noel, Scott Teal,and Samuel Olsson all qualified in individual events. Some of these runners also were a part of the relay teams that qualified. Other members on the relay teams previously mentioned include Nicholas Hildebrandt, Trevin Carter, Devin Carter, Natalie Markoff, Olivia Jenkins, Lauryn Reamy, and Alexis Toliver. All of the Titans worked hard everyday at practice to make it this far and the Tuscarora fans came out to show support.
