On April 20th, Tuscarora held its 9th annual Tuscarora Idol and 2nd annual Mr. Titan competitions to help fund for the 2016 Safe and Sane. There were five contestants in this year’s Tuscarora Idol: Greg Bortz, Makayla Sexton, Lauren Way, Tresjah Bembury, Mekhare Merson, and Jacob Vangchhia. After performing a song of their choice, the contestants were then given feedback by four judges: Cynthia Scott-Johnson, Joseph B. Musameci, Jr., Mykel Ryan, and Dave Gunning, from Key 103.1! In between performances, the Mr. Titan contestants were escorted out on stage to answer some questions asked by Mr. Swink. Here were this year’s contestants:
