NHS was hard at work a week ago on Thursday, November 9th at the local Frederick soup kitchen. Many members showed up and gave their time to help those in need. Hunger is a growing epidemic in this country and around the world, and what better way to help than to start in our own backyard. We encourage everyone to try this at least  once in order to help make a difference. Yes, this doesn’t end hunger but it’s a crucial step in fighting it.
