On October 14th, the Tuscarora Titans will take on Thomas Johnson high (T.J.) at 6:30 for the annual Homecoming Game. Prior to the game, there will be a Tailgate in the parking lot beginning at 5:30.

Tuscarora has hosted tailgates in the past. It’s a great way to bring people together and just have a good time. At the tailgate, strudents can listen to music, play corn-hole, eat food, and paint their faces for the game. The tailgate is limited to Seniors and Juniors.

This football game is one of the biggest of the season. Tuscarora’s varsity team has yet to win a game this year, but we have a good chance of winning against T.J. This is also the homecoming football game, meaning more people tend to attend this particular game. It’s a great way to get in good spirits for homecoming the day after.

The theme is a pink out, The homecoming game has always been a pink out; It’s a tradition. People go all out for this game, some of the boys paint their stomachs and backs. They typically put senior players’ numbers and last name on their backs. Each person is assigned someone one the team.

Come out in pink to support the football team, and if you’re a senior or junior come to the tailgate and have some fun!
