Santa lands at Tuscarora!
December 21, 2018
With Christmas just around the corner Santa had to take a visit to see the tiny titans in the THS child development class. Prior to Santa getting there the kids were singing their greeting songs at the beginning of class. When he arrived their reactions were priceless, most were excited but a few were a little scared. Santa gave his talk about how important it was to behave even when they got excited around Christmas time.
The kids began to tell Santa about their cite words and what they were learning when he came in. However, like many kids would, they wanted put down the school work and asked to sing Christmas songs because there is nothing better than singing your favorite winter time tunes with Santa.. They began to sing “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” a holiday classic. Even some of the student teachers had a good time singing along and watching the kids smile.
Although Santa’s trip was short it was all he needed to make sure the kids were behaving and working hard in school. After he walked out ringing his bells and chanting “Ho Ho Ho!” It seemed all the kids were left with a smile and the motivation to stay focused until Christmas.
