Culinary Corner: Easy Cheeseburger Sliders!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of ground beef (We used 2 packs of 1.14 pounds)
  • Small cheeseburger buns
  • ¾ thinly chopped onions (you can chop more if you like)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Sliced pieces of american cheese (or a cheese of your liking)
  • 1 pack of cheeseburger seasoning (may use Montreal steak seasoning)

 

Directions:

  1. Turn stove on medium heat and place a large pan on it. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thinly chop onions on a cutting board (not pictured)
  3. Place both pounds of ground beef on the stoveIMG_1511
  4. Add salt, cheeseburger seasoning, and onions on top of the ground beef. Using a wooden spoon, mix ingredients together until brown. IMG_1513 IMG_15165. Once meat is cooked, place bottom buns in a large tray. Carefully pour the meat over the buns.
    IMG_1517 5. Lay slices of cheese over the meat.
    IMG_15186. Place top buns over the cheese and place trays in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
