Culinary Corner: Easy Cheeseburger Sliders!

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of ground beef (We used 2 packs of 1.14 pounds)
- Small cheeseburger buns
- ¾ thinly chopped onions (you can chop more if you like)
- ½ tsp salt
- Sliced pieces of american cheese (or a cheese of your liking)
- 1 pack of cheeseburger seasoning (may use Montreal steak seasoning)
Directions:
- Turn stove on medium heat and place a large pan on it. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thinly chop onions on a cutting board (not pictured)
- Place both pounds of ground beef on the stove
- Add salt, cheeseburger seasoning, and onions on top of the ground beef. Using a wooden spoon, mix ingredients together until brown. 5. Once meat is cooked, place bottom buns in a large tray. Carefully pour the meat over the buns.
5. Lay slices of cheese over the meat.
6. Place top buns over the cheese and place trays in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
7. Let it cool and serve! Very simple and easy way to serve dinner for family and friends!
