On Christmas Day after all the hot chocolate and opening gifts, tune into football all day long. Starting at 1:00 p.m. when the Las Vegas Raiders play at the Kansas City Chiefs. Then later on, the New York Giants play at the Philadelphia Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Can the Eagles pull off a win? At 8:15 p.m. is the biggest game of the day with the Baltimore Ravens playing at the San Francisco 49ers. Both teams are first in their division. The Ravens leading the AFC North and the 49ers leading the NFC West.
According to sports news, “The Chiefs have won the last six meetings with the Raiders by an average of 17.2 points per game.” These two teams have just played each other on Nov. 26 and the Chiefs won 31-17 over the Raiders. Both teams are coming off a win but the Chiefs are 9-5 while the Raiders are 6-8.
Score prediction: Chiefs 28, Raiders 19
Can the Eagles pull off a win? While the Eagles should easily win this game against the Giants they have also lost the last three games. Two of the three games may have been harder games but the Eagles just lost to the Seattle Seahawks who they could have easily beat. The Eagles were looking good most of the year until the game against the New York Jets. Before this game the Eagles were undefeated. The Jets right now are 5-9 and everyone that watches football should know that this was one of the biggest upsets of the season. Every NFL or ESPN insider picked for the Eagles to win easily.
Score prediction: Eagles 31, Giants 17
Be prepared for one of the most competitive games of the day. At 8:15 pm in San Francisco the Ravens play the 49ers who are both 11-3. They are both in the number one spot in their division. Can the Ravens produce a pass rush that gets to Purdy? I guess we will find out. San Francisco allowed 234 rushing yards to a Kyler Murray-led offense in Week 15. Can Jackson make that kind of impression? This game can go either way. It’s for sure going to be a nail bitter, so dads grab your beers and don’t be afraid to eat those Christmas cookies.
Score prediction: Ravens 24, 49ers 21
