Stuck at home during this quarantine, with nothing to do but eat? Me too. Unfortunately, for some of us that means also gaining weight and pants not maybe fitting as well as they used to. If you’re wanting to eat just a little healthier but still eat sweet things just without the sugar? Lucky for you, I have the PERFECT recipe! This recipe is low sugar and super delicious! I call it, a Reese’s Cup shake but hold the Reese’s. Get it? There’s no actual Reese’s Cups but it sure does taste like it. Anyway, let’s get to the recipe, shall we?

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. Macadamia milk (this is what I use, but feel free to use coconut milk, almond milk, or even regular milk)
  2. Heavy whipping cream
  3. Peanut butter
  4. Vanilla protein powder
  5. Powdered peanut butter (this is optional, but I think it makes it taste a lot better)
  6. Chocolate protein shake
  7. One splenda packet (or a sweeter of your choice)
  8. An ice cube
  9. Blender

Recipe:

  1. Take ⅓ a cup of your milk and put in blender
  2. Take ⅓ a cup of heavy whipping cream and pour into blender
  3. Take a spoonful of peanut butter and dump it in the blender
  4. Take 2 spoonfuls of vanilla protein powder and dump into blender
  5. Take a spoonful or more of Peanut Butter Fit and dump into blender
  6. Pour out about ¼ a cup of the chocolate protein shake and dump into blender
  7. Add one splenda packet
  8. Add one ice cube
  9. Blend until you don’t hear the ice anymore
  10. Stop the blender, pour into a cup, add some whip cream, and you’re done! (If there’s something in the directions unclear, here’s a Youtube video on how to make it! Although it isn’t exactly the same, it is very similar! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kxGOTlcGH9g )
