Student of the Week: Olivia Sullivan
April 15, 2019
Olivia Sullivan, a sophomore, is the Student of the Week. Ms. Kremnitzer nominated Olivia for this recognition. “Olivia is a stellar student who walks into class every day with a plethora of optimism and a strong desire to accomplish great things. She brings rays of positiveness to the class every day, and uses that to frame her disagreements in class debates so that banter is civil and educationally driven.” Olivia’s key to success is staying positive and focused. She gets her work ethic from her mom and is even considering following her mom’s work path into a medical career. Through her church, Olivia has taken part in a mission trip to Houston, Texas and has plans for others to Savannah, GA and Puerto Rico. Olivia use to be a competitive gymnastic, but her current pursuit is training and preparing for a horse jumping competition. Olivia and her horse, Nick, train at Highgarden Farm. She can also be found on the lacrosse field as a manager for boys’ lacrosse. Olivia is riding high this year and setting an amazing example for others.
