Being healthy and having the right amount of nutrients not only helps you physically but also mentally. Having a healthy breakfast in the morning before school will keep you energized and ready to start your day off. Choosing the right meal before you start your day is very important, some foods such as oatmeal, toast, and scrambled eggs are healthy choices to eat in the morning. For lunch sometimes it’s good to pack a lunch with fresh foods from your house. Having a fruit, well-made sandwich and a healthy drink is a proper lunch that that’ll keep you motivated to finish the rest of your school day. Always staying hydrated, packing one or two water bottles a day will help prevent headaches, and it feeds your body the right amount of nutrients.

Maintaining a proper sleeping schedule is very important, it will train your body to go to sleep at a certain time and wake up at a certain time. Giving yourself the right amount of hours of sleep will make it easier for your body to function in the morning. 8-10 hours of sleep every day will help growth for the body, reduces stress, and helps natural health in general. The simplest things like doing a Daily stretch or going for a short run first thing in the morning will give your body the energy it needs to get through a long day. Before bed putting down any electrical devices and reading a book can release any stress and worries that causes tension.

Having a good amount of physical activity every day helps your body stay fit and healthy weather it’s just going for a run, a walk, a jog, and or the gym. As long as you have 30 minutes or more of physical activity in your day. Going for a walk improves concentration and helps your ability to focus. Having a physical activity in your schedule prevents depression, just going outside and being around people when not in school goes along way. Going for a run with friends or family members keeps you sociable and active.
