Levi McCullough is the driven senior who is Student of the Week.  He is nominated by Ms. Geerlings who says, “In 34 years of teaching, I have never had a student as dedicated as Levi. He spends countless hours working to understand complex content and never complains. He remains calm and committed at all times even after setbacks. I would love to have a classroom FULL of Levis!!!”  Levi attributes his drive and ambition to music and his involvement in marching band, as well as, indoor band. Levi plays the snare and a drum set. Ever since he was just six years old he learned to play the drums and now it is an outlet for his stress. Levi explains the key to his success is “be who you are.”  Ultimately Levi wants to go to Williamson College of the Trades. He hopes to study the power plant trade because it involves math and it still allows him to work with his hands. Levi sets a steady beat that has him marching to academic achievement.
