Titans took on the Gators yesterday and it was a close game all the way. Addison Mack started out hot with two 3 pointers off the bench. That wasn’t enough to stop the gators they were 6/8 at the 3 point line at the end of the first half, with the score at the end of the half being 38-32 Tuscarora tailing. Back and fourth scoring the whole third quarter until the titans went on a rapid 16-3 run in the last 2 minutes in the third quarter. The fourth was a very slow start for the titans and the gators took advantage of the slow start and went on  a 10-0 run 5:46 to go the titans were only leading by six with the score of 56-50. Titans finally started picking it up after they got a few steals even though out of the 6 steals they score 3 points they were still playing good defense. But with three minutes left the titans threw 3 bad turnovers late in the game. The Gators took advantage of all 3 turnovers and scored on each possession and lead the game the game by 3 late with 6.2 seconds left 66-63. Presley Kirongo hitting a double clutch 3 to send the game into Overtime 66-66. It was a lot of scoring in the 3 minutes in overtime but it came down to the last shot 73-73 and Josh Draughon hitting a floater to win the game 75-73.
