Every year here at Tuscarora provides another year for teachers to do extraordinary things with their students and their room. This year is no exception especially with geometry and stats teacher Mrs. Dills. Every year Mrs. Dills puts together a mural made out of assignments she gives to her class in the first weeks of school. This year she arranged the assignments on the back of her wall to spell out “I ‘heart’ Geo” to provide a bit more color and creativity to the room. She plans to redo the mural again when the new semester starts with new pieces of work from her fresh batch of students and then to repeat the cycle next year. Mrs. Dills is just one of the many teachers who go the extra mile in their class rooms to provide a more enjoyable learning experience.
