Rough start for Cleveland
June 8, 2016
After the first two games of this years NBA Finals, it is starting to look like Steph Curry and the Warriors are set to win their second straight NBA Championship. This after the warriors cruised passed the Cavaliers in the first two games of the series. Game 1 was a close finish but Golden State was able to slide by and defeat Cleveland and take a 1-0 series lead. Game two was not the same story however, the Warriors went up by more than 30 points in the end of the third quarter which left LeBron and the Cavs in complete destruction. Games 3-4 will be played in Cleveland so that should be a big boost for the Cavs, but if they lose on Wednesday the Cavs are looking at being down 3 games to 0 and facing a series sweep that would demonize Cleveland’s front office and LeBron’s legacy. If Cleveland is able to hold on and win these next two home games, they can tie the series up at 2 and head to game 5 at Golden State and look to turn the series around. Until it’s all said and done, there is no definite outcome, but right now it looks like Golden State is going to top off their record breaking season with a second straight championship.
