Il Porto, a small restaurant located on Market Street in Downtown Frederick, serves an abundance of good Italian classic foods. It is key to make reservations at this small popular restaurant, because of the amount of seating that is available. If you’re looking for a date night, his is the perfect place for you to grab a bite to eat. It is a very romantic setting with calm music, dim lights, and a candle lit dinner. A bar is located in the back of the restaurant for the adults who would like to have a drink or two while enjoying their meal. Il Porto and their friendly service was always constant and polite, whether it was refilling your drink or asking how your meal is. Eating there for a nice dinner is a very strong recommendation as we had Fettuccine Shrimp/ Chicken. Portion wise, it was the perfect amount. Not too filling but just enough to get your night started.
