On school nights, many people are crushed for time when it comes to dinner. This week’s recipe is quick, easy, and delicious.

Sausage and Rice
Ingredients
-1 package of turkey sausage
-1 green pepper
-1 onion
-Rice

1. Start by cutting up the sausage, green pepper, and onion.

2. Place the green pepper and onion in a frying pan, and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3. While the green pepper and onion is cooking, cook your rice.

4. Add in the sausage for and cook the sausage, green pepper, and onion together for about 5 minutes.

5. Add your rice and sausage mixture together, enjoy 🙂
