Aspire is to acquire and the desire is what you admire. Inspiration is made up of ten letters which has strong impacts into the lives of people. What is inspiration? Inspiration is something that lifts one’s spirit to do something creative or amazing in their lives and keeps them moving on with passion. Closing my eyes to imagine the number of students in this institution with different ambitions and goals got me thinking there is at least one inspiration to everyone’s actions in life. Voice of Titans have many different inspiration `.

Inspiration which is a latin word “inspirare” means inspirit. This means it has something to do with your spirit inside you which you feel it once you are inspired. I went round to hear some of the voices of titans that believe in their inspiration. Sina Ghafoori a 10th grader contributes gives his share, “ My main inspirations come from two fictional characters it might sound crazy but they are Goku and Vegeta from a show I grew up watching called Dragon Ball Z. Which made a huge impact on my life. Along with help love and care of all my friends.” I can testify the kind of inspiration Sina gets from this fictional characters are really strong even though it might seem fun to hear but is true. Most of us do not take fictional characters that serious as Sina would which builds his spirit and makes him feel strong in the inside and outside.

There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it. According to Jada Reid a freshmen she says, “My biggest inspiration is my sister because she inspires me to be independent, live on my own and a strong lady.” This is so lovely to hear right? Having someone by your side that boost your spirit to do things you would think you are not capable of doing. Moving on to Shay Arbab who is a junior she shares her inspiration, “Yes I have someone that inspires me which is Beyonce. She inspires me because she does her own thing and ignores the paparazzi and she takes care of herself and puts herself before any man.”  Amazing to hear most people inspiration do come from their favorite singers or music artist they admire.

A negative mind never gives us a positive mind and a lion never loses sleep over the opinions of sheep. Nice saying right? But that is how some inspirational words goes and lifts up your spirit. Noora Aurangzeb a senior speaks her side of what inspires her, “Dance inspires me a lot. Because my dad was a dancer, I love doing outdoor stuff which I believe entertains me and I dance every day. I feel special, good, happy all the positive adjectives which could describe how relieve I feel when I dance.” Yeah dancing makes one think positive and refresh you mind from odd memories.

Everyone wants happiness. No one wants pain but you can’t have a rainbow without a little rain. Stop waiting for things to happen go on and make it happen since you cannot have a rainbow without a little rain. Joshua Towler from 10th grade was happy to contribute to what inspires him. He says, “Soren Bjerg inspires me; he inspires me because he always tells people to go for more than what they have or they think they could achieve in life.”  You being the reader; you would ask yourself who is Soren Bjerg? After making some research I discovered Soren Bjerg is a Danish League of Legends player who is in the Mid Laner for Team SoloMid of the North American League of Legends Championship Series (NALCS). Resources is from “Wikipedia.”  Is a cool thing to get your inspiration from a sport athlete also because they do go through a lot to get to the level they are today.

Piece from Sharon Jaynes, “Successful mothers are not the ones who have never struggled. They are the ones who never give up despite the struggles.” Antonio Molina a final grade student expresses how his mom comes first in his inspirational life. “My mom is my inspiration; she has done many things in order to achieve her goal and graduating from college. I feel happy and will try to achieve something similar which is my goal.” So sweet to be proud of your mom and make her your inspiration Antonio. Guess what? But Antonio is not the only fellow who has his mom as his inspiration but Jessica Benavides from 10th grade speaks, “My mum helps me through tough times I feel motivated and accomplished when my Mom tells me something to make me feel okay.” According to Eleven Acolatse his mum is also his inspiration in life. He contributes, “My mom is my inspiration because s

he is so strong. She caring for me inspires me and just her care and hard work she does to provide for us.   Words and actions of a woman are really strong not talking less of a mother in whole.

Best feeling in the world is to know your parents are smiling because of you. Words from Kiara a senior completes my statement. “My parents inspire me because they motivate me to do my best. I feel very happy and motivated to do my best. And you know what? Is the best feeling ever.” Parents have strong impact in our lives and we have to realize it and appreciate it. I know for some the impacts of parents is negative because is either they do not have parents or they have parents that mean nothing to them. Moving on to another senior Pauline Handy, she speaks out what inspires her. “Music of Trey inspires me. Because I love him and I want to be a rapper or a singer. Not forgetting one thing, my girlfriend Amiah is also someone that inspires me because she makes me feel good I guess. A strong woman builds her own world.

Don’t wait for the perfect moment take the moment and make it perfect.  I guess i would conclude with my final interviewer which is Emily Frocke who is in 11th grade. She speaks, “Quotes inspires me but the quote that provides me with the most inspiration is “Why are you trying so hard to fit in when you were born to stand out?” I believe especially in this day and age people try so hard to do what is “popular” and “accepted”. But I value individuality so much more. That’s what makes this world special and different. This quote inspires me to do what I truly love and to believe what I truly believe.” I’m astonished with this great piece from Emily. Quotes might be seen just as words but they mean a lot. Having similarities as Emily, I do download and listen to a lot of motivational and inspirational audios which builds me up each moment. And I would strongly recommend you to try listening to inspirational words and reading them in your bad moods where you got no one to inspire you back to yourself.

Life isn’t meant to be easy, it’s meant to be lived. Sometimes happy, other times rough. But with every up and down you learn lessons that makes you strong. Much has been said but during my interview I heard comments which brought up other questions to me and could be said is sad to know. Someone was like, “My parents or nothing do not inspire me in my life. I just live my life.” Is a fact we have to face the reality of life but if there is no one or nothing by our side to keep us going in life, let’s just look for positive things to build up our positive life. Start positive even when it feels like your life is falling apart.
