Dry Rub for Chicken and Ribs

1 cup paprika
3/4 cup salt
1/2 cup black pepper
1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cumin
1/2 cup garlic powder
1/2 cup onion powder
4 tbsp dried oregano
4 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in a Mason jar, shake it up, place the lid on it and store it for up to six months in the pantry.
